*TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- A "group" is at least 10 SLPs. Groups of 5-10 SLPs may still participate for a referral bonus of $75. 

-  To receive a referral bonus, the group must be new and not an existing group.

- One referral bonus per group. In most instances, we'll pay only one referral bonus per group. We determine which person is to be paid out by a) the date you enter your information with us, and b) who the boss indicates referred them to us. 

- Method of payment. You will be mailed a check at the address entered above. We'll also email you when the group closes and the check is sent to you!

- Time of payment. You are paid when your group fully closes (pays for their membership). Note that some workplaces pay quickly, but some take up to 3-4 months to send us a check. If your workplace is one of the slower ones, you may have to wait!
